What are the Art Guidelines?

Art must be submitted in a Camera ready format.  It must be created in, (not placed) Corel Draw 11 or Iillustrator 10 and Photoshop 7.

Create your vector image using only coated Pantone specified colors.

Convert all text to outlines or curves.  If the file submitted contains a font that is not in our system, it will automatically substitute a font that will affect the layout. You may fax the desired font and we can substitute as close as possible.

Can I use images from the Internet?

Do not use images obtained off the internet..  They are very low resolution and are intended for viewing on the screen.

What if I need an artist?

If you do not have access to a graphic artist, we have an artist who can do the work. It is billed at $60/ hour. We can do simple typesetting as well as art from the beginning.

How do I order?

In order to place an order, you must contact the offices of the Shirt Lady and refer to my earth products .com. An office representative will discuss your particular promotional product needs, and the process of placing the order begins.

Once the item or items are agreed upon and a price has been quoted, and we have received your artwork, we will write an order.  Once you receive the order you need to proof it and sign off on it before it is entered into production. We require a proof of the art work that you must sign off on as well because we want to ensure that you receive exactly what you ordered. Then you will receive information as to when the item is being shipped.

How do you take payment?

Once the goods arrive and they are satisfactory, we will gladly take Visa or MasterCard, or invoice you if desired.

In 16 years of business we have never missed a deadline. Our purpose is to have all of your needs met on a timely basis and make your shopping experience with us so smooth and enjoyable that you will refer us to all your colleagues and friends.

Why don't you have prices on your web site?

The reason we don’t have a price sheet is because pricing is based on numerous criteria. For example, is the art Camera-ready?  Camera ready means that the artwork has been developed in an art program such as illustrator version 8, 9, or 10. We have an in-house artist who can design any program for you or just touch up your existing art. That fee structure is 60 per hour! Other factors include number of units, number of colors of the design, number of locations of the design, and distance from the vendor for shipping information.  Vendors also run promotions, and we want you have the best value possible.
